Found this Ring-billed Gull with wing tags but they seemed to be awkward for the bird and they were also unreadable on the ground or in flight. I am assuming the Gull has been trying to preen them off. The other larger Gull with the Ring-billed Gull is an immature Herring Gull.

Greater Scaup and Bufflehead are often found together in the ocean and bay and are Sea Ducks or Diving Ducks. They dive under the water to feed. They migrate along the coast in winter and pass through our area heading south in winter and north in spring.
